As a franchisee, you are responsible for operations and results, but first and foremost you must be a service hero and lead your employees. When you run Domino's, you have to be good at multitasking, sometimes it boils - and you have to enjoy it!

I started at Domino's in 2016 as a driver, but my ambition has always been to become a franchisee. The best thing about being a franchisee in Domino's is that you develop, grow and achieve dreams. I look positively at the future and earnings because the product and the market are so good - there is a lot of potential. My ambition is to open more stores in the future.

I started in Domino's in August 2018 as Manager in Training and in 2020 I took over my first store as one of the first franchisees in Norway. The best thing about working in Domino's is all the opportunities I have been given, that no two days are the same and that you have a big chain in your back that always helps. I have experienced that hard work pays off and now the focus is on developing the three stores I have.
